BBQ and Ranch Chicken

This is SUPER easy and its great for when I'm in a bind and don't have much time to prepare a huge meal (like when Mason is having one of those days).


All you do is pour Ranch and BBQ sauce over some chicken breasts and pop them in the oven. I usually use frozen chicken (easier) and cook them at 400 degrees for about an hour. If not frozen, then they should only take around 30 minutes.

You can serve with rice, potatoes, or as a wrap with some lettuce and black beans. But my favorite thing to do is cut up the chicken and serve as a salad with bow-tie pasta. YUM!
